What it is

A conversation. A discipline.

Planned or spontaneous. Matched or invited. The discipline is the same: listen carefully, ask questions, take turns. That’s the product.

How it works

Four steps.

  1. 01Sign in with Pharmacopedia, your account across Oyami, the wiki, Trykl, and PubSci.
  2. 02Tell us when you're free, and what kind of humans you'd like to meet.
  3. 03We propose a meeting. Everyone has to say yes.
  4. 04Meet by video. Listen carefully. Take turns.

On listening

An art and a discipline.

Careful listening is an art and a discipline that requires practice and close attention. Centered around acceptance and curiosity, keeping our judgments to ourselves. We set rules of engagement. AI can help enforce them, if you want. And summarize afterwards. Or not.

What we do not do

A short list, in plain words.

  • We do not record.
  • We do not transcribe.
  • AI-integration, turned OFF by default. Requires consensus to stay on.
  • We do not run ads.
  • We do not track you.
  • We do not rate you against other humans.

On stopping

You can leave at any time.

You can stop a meeting before it starts or while it is happening. The others are told. Vetoing is heavy by design; there is also a lighter Decline, which costs nothing and signals nothing. Excessive vetoing pauses your matching for a while; the thresholds are visible in your settings.

Cost

Free.

No ads. No paid tiers. Donations possibly later.

Code

Open-source.

The code is public.
